Dragon balls GM

Hello creators of this game and others, i was wondering if i could be a GM that's only in
charge of the Dbs- to revive them, scatter them an more importantly destroy them..when need
be. If i get this opportunity i will respawn them every 3or so hrs. when im on. I will not abuse in neway this power *if granted to me* One reason being ive never had a Job/GM on a popular game like this
one here =)
